Trust – This was our second project with Boyce and by far the biggest, and if we ever have a third project, we will choose them again as a designer/contractor. Not a detail we asked for; not a single question we had was left unattended or unanswered. When Chris said they would, they did. Their word and work are trustworthy. Communication was excellent, Kyle was on site every day, taking pictures, communicating via the website and app set up for our project. PM Professionalism – It was evident that Chris had a thorough understanding of the scope and depth of the work being done. I think he could have done all the different jobs himself, but he`s really good at managing the submarines that do that work. Business knowledge – Thomas, John and Chris made us feel that our project was the most important project they were working on. I know our project wasn`t as big as most of their projects, but they made us feel like it was! How awesome! Recognized Excellence – The carpenter did an extraordinary job. Our project manager Chris did a great job throughout the project and communicated with us. My job was to remove the wallpaper attached to the uncoated drywall. Anyone who has worked with wallpaper knows that the job is not as easy as it seems.
